3. Permits & Approvals
Prepare and submit all required permit applications.
Handle communication with city or county building departments.
Address any plan check comments or revisions.
4. Pre-Construction Preparation
Develop a detailed project schedule.
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
Order long-lead materials to avoid delays.
5. Construction Phase
Site preparation and grading.
Foundation work, framing, and structural build.
Installation of roofing, windows, doors, and exterior finishes.
Interior systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and insulation.
Drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and finishes.
6. Quality Control & Inspections
Schedule city inspections at each required stage.
Conduct internal quality checks.
Ensure all work meets specifications and code.
7. Final Walkthrough & Handover
Complete final punch list items.
Provide warranties, manuals, and as-built plans.
Officially hand over the project for occupancy.
