Our permit service aims to streamline the entire approval process from start to finish. We assess permit feasibility and review the project scope to determine the most efficient path forward, identify the necessary permits and approvals, and prepare and submit building permit applications with complete and accurate documentation. We coordinate trade permits such as electrical, plumbing, and mechanical, handle plan reviews and resubmissions as needed, and liaise with city officials and relevant agencies to address comments promptly. Throughout construction, we schedule and coordinate inspections, and upon project completion, we arrange for final approvals and secure the Certificate of Occupancy to ensure the project meets all compliance requirements and is ready for occupancy.

As a licensed general contractor, we serve as the owner's agent throughout the permitting process, representing our clients before the building department and coordinating all necessary documentation.

When eligible, we obtain an express permit to expedite straightforward work such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.

For larger projects, we acquire permits as the general contractor, assuming full responsibility for code compliance, inspections, and trade coordination. We collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other engineers and consultants to prepare comprehensive, precise plans that meet structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements.

Each project is carefully reviewed to ensure compliance with ADA standards, all related to your project departments and all pertinent local and state building regulations, thereby facilitating a smooth approval process and successful final inspections.
