Site Visit Fee
We charge a small fee for site visits to keep our team focused on serious projects and give you real, expert attention on-site — not a rushed sales pitch. Your fee is fully credited toward your project if you move forward with us.

Site Visit Booking Terms
By booking a site visit through this page and paying the $150 scheduling fee, you agree to the following:
What the fee covers. The $150 fee reserves a specific date and time for BuildCore SoCal to visit the project location described in your Client Intake Form, assess the scope of work, and provide an estimate. This fee compensates BuildCore SoCal for the time and travel involved in the visit.
This is not a construction contract. Booking a site visit and paying this fee does not create, and should not be understood as, a contract for home improvement or construction work. Any future agreement for construction services will be a separate, written contract that you review and sign.
Rescheduling. You may reschedule your site visit at no additional charge by contacting BuildCore SoCal at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations and refunds. Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours ahead; no refund for late cancellation/no-shows; fee credited for 90 days toward a signed construction contract.
License. BuildCore SoCal holds California contractor's license number 1077655. You may verify this license at cslb.ca.gov.
